UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery to eligible UK addresses.

Economy Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Available delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched:

Monday–Thursday: Orders placed before 3:00pm

Friday: Orders placed before 12:00pm

Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, bank holidays and unusually busy periods.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected items so we can investigate.

Missing Orders

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with other members of your household, neighbours and any safe places around the property before contacting us.

We will work with the courier where appropriate to investigate missing deliveries.
